Debbie and Keith Bishop have been making dreams come true since they first opened the venue in 2016, and it has been booming ever since. The 2,000 square foot building is perfect for weddings, birthdays, showers, reunions, and more!
Weddings
2- Day Package – The two-day package is from 8:00 a.m. on Friday until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday. This is $2,695 for the venue rental with a $500 security deposit and an estimated $190 in event insurance.
The Wedding Package – There are a couple of options when it comes to wedding packages. You may choose between Saturday for $2,395 or Friday or Sunday for $2,195. Both of these options cover the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Each has a security deposit of $500 with estimated event insurance of $90.
On The Day – Weddings on any day of the week can be priced at $1,895 with a security deposit of $500 and estimated event insurance of $95. The hours for this package are 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. as well.
Private Parties
Showers, Private Events, and Corporate Events/Conferences – Venue rental for each of these special events have varies in pricing depending on what day they are held on. Monday-Thursday the venue is $75/hour with a minimum of five hours. Corporate events or conferences held on Friday or Sunday will be $895 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with a security deposit of $300 and a cleaning fee of $100.
What’s Included?
All rentals at The Venue on Locus Hill include the entire use of the venue. Tables and chairs fit for a maximum of 150 people are included as well. Renters have full use of the kitchenette, which includes a microwave, sink, refrigerator, and lots of storage space. The venue features men’s and women’s handicap-accessible restrooms. There is also a private bridal suite/changing room.
